About
Values
At Cascade Womenβs Health, the way we work with you matters as much as what we do.
These are the core values that guide every appointment, every conversation, and every decision we make, so you feel safe, supported and understood from the moment you walk in the door.
Respect - Youβll always be heard
I believe everyone deserves to be treated equally and with respect, no matter their background, age, sexuality or walk of life. I celebrate individuality and recognize that every womanβs experience is unique. When you visit my clinic room, your needs and preferences are respected, and your voice is central to conversations around your health. My clinical approach is rooted in treating everyone with dignity, acknowledging each womenβs expertise about their own body, and collaborating to create a tailored plan that aligns with an individualβs values and lifestyle.
Compassion - Youβll never feel rushed or dismissed
Compassion is at the heart of everything I do. I understand that discussing pelvic health can be daunting, and Iβm here to create a safe, supportive space where women feel heard and understood. My goal is to walk alongside you on your journey, offering empathy and encouragement every step of the way. I believe that when you feel supported, youβre more empowered to take control of your health. Together, weβll explore your concerns with kindness and patience, ensuring you never feel alone in your experience.
Connection - Working with you as a partner in your care
Building a genuine connection with my clients is essential to fostering trust and understanding. I strive to create a welcoming atmosphere where my clients feel comfortable in sharing thoughts and feelings about their body and health. I value open communication, allowing us to work as a team together towards achieving your goals.
Education - Youβll leave with knowledge and confidence
Once youβve had an appointment with me, youβll see how passionate I am about empowering women with knowledge about their bodies! Knowledge is power, and I aim to help you understand your body and your condition including how to self-manage, especially longer term.. so you donβt have to rely on ongoing appointments for forever and a day!
Iβm also deeply committed to continued professional development and strive to always educate myself. I love learning from as many different people as possible and aim to keep on top of the latest evidence in the field of womenβs pelvic health.
